  • David is a fantastic realtor. He's always courteous, knowledgeable, fair and honest. He's a great communicator and keeps you informed about all matters. I'm shocked to see any negative comments about him as David's the most diligent and trustworthy real estate agent I have dealt with. He's totally professional in all his dealings and goes out of his way to follow through on clients, including following up matters when he's on holidays. David's star performance goes beyond expectations.

  • I have nothing but praise for David as he helped us sell and purchase our new home. David was attentive, friendly, and quick to complete tasks such as; listings, calls, and talking to sellers/buyers, and solicitors. His communication was clear, concise and almost daily, never leaving us to wonder and happy to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend him, he's a star example of a fantastic realtor in the Childers area.

  • David had no time for us a buyers. The house was a complete mess when we finally got the keys (settlement date kept moving at our expense but no apologies or compensation). Just about everything in and around the home was broken and they were aware of it as property was tenanted through their office but never mentioned to us about any damage. No hand over of keys or thank you for buying the property, in fact no contact at all. Two years on we are still paying for repairs and ill health.

  • I have dealt with this real estate agent for many years as a landlord and when I decided to sell my home, Louise could not have done any more for me. She always returned phone calls, answered my questions, was full of patience with various clients viewing the house, and knew her stuff. She gave good advice, was honest and realistic. She is a very professional woman and if you put your home in her hands you will be happy with her work ethics and performance. Verified by RateMyAgent
